At Play Genius Toys, we strive to provide high-quality toys and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges based on the following policy:
You can request a return or exchange if:
✅ The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
✅ You received the wrong product.
✅ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
⛔ Non-Returnable Items:
Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling.
Toys without original packaging.
Custom or personalized items.
Discounted or clearance sale items.

2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
3. Attach clear photos of the product showing the defect or issue (if applicable).
4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
✅ Exchange: If eligible, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost.
✅ Refund:
If a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa).
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our mistake.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer must pay the return shipping fee.
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting us immediately.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
